Returns
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or general return requests.
Each kit is produced specifically for each customer, which means it cannot be restocked or resold once prepared.
However, if your item arrives defective and remains in its original condition, we will be happy to review the issue and assist you with an appropriate solution.
Refunds
As your order is custom made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction related to personal preferences, painting results, or expectations of the final artwork.
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can review your case and offer support where possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution. In most cases, this will be a replacement sent as quickly as possible.
Please note that while refunds are not issued for faulty items, we are committed to resolving such issues through replacements.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within a short period after being placed.
Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Non-Refundable Situations
