1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of ourpaintbynumbers.com and any order you place with Our Paint By Numbers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site, creating an account or buying from us, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Who we are & how to reach us

Our Paint By Numbers is an online store selling ready-made and custom paint by numbers kits worldwide, printed at an overseas production studio and shipped tracked to your door. 3. Products & pricing

We describe our kits as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed canvas and paints, and finished results vary with the photo and the painter. Product images are illustrative.

• Prices are shown in the currency matched to your region and may be displayed in multiple currencies across the site.
• Prices can change at any time, and promotions may start or end without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
• We try to keep everything accurate, but if a genuine pricing or description error affects your order, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Custom orders & your photo licence

Our custom kits are made from a photo you upload. Because you’re asking us to reproduce that image, some important rules apply:

• You confirm you have the right to use the photo. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the copyright holder to have it reproduced as a paint by numbers canvas, and that doing so doesn’t break anyone else’s rights.
• You grant us a licence to reproduce it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, edit, adapt and print your photo solely to design, proof and produce your kit. We handle it as described in our privacy policy and don’t use it for anything else without your consent.
• We may decline certain images. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order involving a photo that is unlawful, infringes someone’s copyright, or is offensive, hateful or explicit. If we decline before production, we’ll refund you.

5. Proof approval & production

For custom kits we send you a digital proof to review, and you can request free revisions until you’re happy. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Because your canvas is then printed specifically for you, once a proof is approved and the kit is printed it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Please check your proof carefully — spelling, colours, cropping and detail — before approving it. If you don’t respond to a proof, we’ll follow up before doing anything.

6. Orders & payment

When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we confirm and begin processing your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers, including standard card processors and PayPal. We don’t store full card details ourselves. We may cancel and refund an order if we can’t process payment, suspect fraud, or can’t fulfil it for reasons outside our control.

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide with tracking, and the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout — we don’t advertise “free shipping.” Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and custom kits add a short make-time for proofing and printing. 8. Returns & refunds

Ready-made kits are covered by our returns policy and 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and we replace lost or damaged parcels. Custom kits can’t be returned for a change of mind (see section 5), but you’re protected by the proof-approval step, free revisions and our re-do guarantee if a finished canvas doesn’t resemble your photo. 9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, text, designs, artwork, ready-made kit designs, photography and layout — belongs to Our Paint By Numbers or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any of it without our written permission. Buying a kit gives you the kit for personal use; it does not transfer any rights in our designs.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it; scrape or copy content for commercial use; upload malicious code; or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who misuses the site.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We provide the website and products with reasonable care, but “as is” and without warranties beyond those that apply by law. Finished paintings depend on your photo, your choice of detail level and your own painting, so we can’t guarantee a specific artistic result — which is exactly why we proof custom kits first. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms — in particular from any claim that a photo you uploaded infringed someone else’s copyright, privacy or other rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. 14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.
