Email is the fastest way to get a thorough answer, and it’s how most of our painters prefer to reach us. We aim to reply to every message within about 24 hours, Monday to Friday during business hours. Weekends and holidays may take a little longer — but we always get back to you.

To help us solve things on the first reply, it’s worth including a few details: your order number if you already bought (it’s in your confirmation email), the name and size of the kit, and — for anything visual, like a missing paint pot or a mark on the canvas — a quick photo attached to your email. The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can make it right.
