At OurPaintByNumbers, every kit is prepared specifically for each order. This allows us to carefully produce and package every canvas before it is shipped out.
Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, it first goes through production and preparation.
This process usually takes 2 to 6 business days. During this time, your kit is being prepared, checked, and packed for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
United States: 8 to 18 business days
United Kingdom: 10 to 20 business days
Canada, Australia, Europe: 10 to 25 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on carrier conditions, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with tracking.
Once your tracking number is assigned, you will receive it by email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the shipment has been dispatched. This is normal and usually means the parcel is in transit between shipping facilities.
Total Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order is made up of two parts:
Processing Time + Shipping Time
This means your full delivery timeframe begins from the day your order is placed, not only from the shipping date.
