For custom paint by numbers kits, you may submit images or content for processing. By submitting such content, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents required to use that content.
You agree that the content you submit does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that violates these conditions.
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, modifications may be made to adapt the image into a paintable format. This may include adjustments to colors, contrast, and detail levels.
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or issues related to payment authorization.
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We may cancel or limit quantities after confirmation if necessary.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within a limited time after placing an order. Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible, and applicable fees may apply.

Orders are processed within a defined timeframe prior to shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.
