Every kit is made to order and sent with tracking. Here are the real delivery windows, exactly how tracking works, and what happens on the rare day a parcel goes missing — no fine print, no surprises.
Our honest shipping promise
Most stores quote a delivery time they hope you’ll forget by the time your order is late. We do the opposite. We would rather tell you the true window up front and beat it than dazzle you with a number we can’t keep. Your kit is printed and packed in our production studio and then travels to you with a tracking number the whole way — so you always know where it is.
You’ll notice we never say “free shipping.” Shipping isn’t free for anyone; someone always pays for it. We’d rather show you the real, calculated cost at checkout than quietly bake it into a higher product price and call it a gift. It’s a small thing, but it’s the same honesty we bring to everything else here.
Our shipping promise in one line: every order ships tracked, the cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, and if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it free. No arguing, no restocking games.
Processing & make time
Because we don’t hold shelves of pre-made stock, each kit is prepared for you after you order. How long that takes depends on the type of kit:
- Ready-made kits (our catalogue designs — animals, flowers, landscapes and the rest) are prepared and dispatched within roughly 1–3 business days.
- Custom & personalized kits made from your photo add 2–4 business days of make time, plus a short proofing step: we email you a digital proof in 1–3 days and only print once you approve it. Those proofing days are yours, not the clock’s — take the time to get it right.
The delivery windows in the table below begin after your kit leaves the studio, so for custom orders add the make and proofing time on top.
Delivery windows by region
These are transit windows in business days (Monday–Friday, not counting weekends or public holidays) once your kit has shipped. They’re realistic, tracked estimates — most parcels land toward the earlier end.

Remember: for a custom or personalized kit, add the 2–4 business days of make time (plus 1–3 days of proofing) before the transit window starts.
Tracking your order
Every order — ready-made and custom — ships tracked. Here’s how and when you’ll get your tracking details:
- When your kit leaves the studio, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
- It can take 1–3 days for the first scan to appear after dispatch — that’s normal, and it doesn’t mean anything is wrong. The number simply activates once the carrier logs the parcel into its network.
- You can also find your tracking under My Account → Orders if you checked out with an account.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while and you’re unsure, just contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it down for you.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay, based on your delivery country. What you see is what you pay — there are no hidden handling fees added afterward, and no last-minute surprises on the final screen. Enter your address and the exact cost appears alongside your kit total.
Customs, duties & VAT (international orders)
For most destinations, nothing extra is due on arrival. In some countries, though, local customs may apply import duties or VAT on parcels from overseas — these are set by your own government, not by us, and they’re outside our control. If your country is one of them, the charge is usually collected by the carrier on delivery. If you’re unsure how your local rules work, a quick check with your national customs office before ordering is the safest move. We’ll always declare your parcel honestly.
Ordering for a birthday, holiday or occasion?
We love that our kits become gifts and keepsakes — so let’s make sure yours arrives in time. If you have a date in mind, message us with your deadline before you order (or right after) and we’ll give you an honest answer on whether it’ll make it, and whether a larger buffer is wise. For custom pieces especially, order early: the proofing step is worth doing unhurried, and a rushed portrait is the one thing we won’t cut corners on.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
On the rare occasion something goes wrong in transit, you’re covered — this is where our honesty turns into action:
- Lost parcels — if tracking stalls and your kit doesn’t arrive, tell us and we’ll replace it free. You don’t chase the carrier; we do.
- Damaged in transit — if your canvas or box arrives damaged, send us a quick photo and we’ll ship a free replacement. No return needed.
- Delayed — if a parcel is running well past its window, reach out and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Why made-to-order shipping takes a little longer (and why that’s a good thing)
Here’s the honest part other shops skip: our kits are made to order and ship from our production studio overseas. That’s a few days longer than grabbing a mass-produced box off a domestic shelf — and we think it’s worth it. Making each kit to order means fresher, hand-checked canvases and paints, far less waste, and the ability to print a one-of-a-kind custom piece just for you rather than shipping something generic. The extra days aren’t a delay; they’re the reason your kit is actually yours. We’d rather be upfront about the timeline than promise overnight magic we can’t deliver.
